so I give them light with 2 17" 15w fluorescent soft white lights.
Otherwise they get only indirect sunlight from my bedroom window.

One of my first plants. UPDATED PHOTO
Some kind of Philodendron I think...
Started from a cutting of about 4 leaves..
I got this one the same time as the above.
